Concerts at the Sames Auto Arena

The Sames Auto Arena strives to bring an array of different entertainment, from the most popular genre, Latin shows, to family oriented spectaculars like Disney on Ice.

The month of August will feature one of the best-selling Latin artists, Cristian Castro, will perform inside the Laredo Energy Arena’s Club Annex on Saturday, August 5, 2017. Castro is one of the best-selling Latin artists and has worked with renowned Latin producers including Kike Santander, Rudy Pérez, and Richard Daniel Roman. In 2005, Castro released Días Felices with "Amor Eterno" and "Sin Tu Amor."

Also performing at the Sames Auto Arena is five time Latin Grammy Award winner Marco Antonio Solis on Saturday, August 12. Known as ‘El Buki’, Solís is one of the most significant figures in the rise of Mexican and Latin music to world prominence during the last two decades of the twentieth century.

After 10 years of classic rock and R&B sounds, the South Texas Food Bank Board decided to change the sound of their staple fundraiser event, Empty Bowls XI, which is set to take place on Friday, August 18 that will highlight the Tex-Mex Power Rock trio, Los Lonely Boys.

Alejandra Guzmán and Gloria Trevi , undoubtedly, are two of the most legendary artists of Spanish music. Over the years, generations have been influenced by their music, styles, ideologies and interpretations of these two great icons. The rivalry between them, attributed mainly by the media, has been the cause of countless stories and controversies. Alejandra Guzmán versus Gloria Trevi will share or maybe battle on the Sames Auto Arena stage on Sunday, August 27.
