Located just north of Laredo, The MAX: A Robert Trent Jones II Signature Design Course overlooks the Rio Grande River and has already been acclaimed as one of the best public courses in Texas! Golfers can enjoy stunning views of the Rio Grande valley throughout the course but especially on the four holes that play directly on the waterfront.

The par-72 layout sprawls across 270 acres of rugged south Texas landscape. The terrain is covered with 100-year-old mesquite trees and two vast arroyos, which were incorporated beautifully into the layout. Also, there are a variety of elevation changes across the landscape that can be challenging but the design manages to seamlessly blend dramatic features and playability. Crafted by noted architect Robert Trent Jones II, the course caters to golfers of all ability levels, with five sets of tees available and yardages ranging from 7,069 from the back tees to 4,759 for the forward tees. The Men’s Championship tees stretch to 7,297 yards while a dedicated “juniors” teeing area on each hole is incorporated to increase enjoyment for family play.

Before and after your round come enjoy our beautiful 9,000 square foot clubhouse opened during the summer of 2013 by LPGA legend Nancy Lopez. It’s the perfect place to grab some tasty local food, host a company party, or simply partake of your favorite cold beverage out on the patio and enjoy our spectacular views across the course of the Mighty Rio Grande.

If you’re looking to impress you can also host your very own special event and enjoy breathtaking views from our Roselyn banquet room. The Roselyn Rom has quickly become one of Laredo’s premiere wedding venues. Every wedding venue likes to identify certain things they offer that make them stand out from the competition.
