Boutiques – Staff Favorites

I can’t believe we are already in March! I am still thinking that the year just started. It’s been two months now that I’ve stuck to my resolutions to get healthier so I believe it’s time to go shopping for some new clothes and accessories! Even if you didn’t have any resolutions, it’s the perfect time to start planning your Spring wardrobe.

I went around the office to see what local shops offered the best in fashion and there was definitely a consensus. Here are some of the Laredo CVB’s staff favorites to shop:

Dollz Fashion Boutique

Located across Mall Del Norte in the Fountain Shopping Centre, Dollz is a great place to shop for the cutest fashion trends. When I lived away from Laredo, I always made sure to stop at Dollz for some new clothes. The boutique’s owners are always on hand to help you find some unique pieces. What I love most is that they receive new pieces almost every week and keep their customers informed by posting pictures of new merchandise and outfit ideas on their social media sites.

Sara Boutique

Sara’s is a staple for every fashionable Laredo woman on both sides of the border. They have a great selection of clothes and beautiful jewelry pieces for all occasions. A lot of people also love going to Sara when looking for gifts. Sara’s is great when you are on the lookout for a gift and want to give something a bit unique and stylish. I bet you can find the best jewelry and accessories at Sara’s.

Express

Even though it’s not unique to Laredo, the Express store located inside Mall Del Norte is great for all fashionistas, especially men. One of only two men at the office, Joel considers himself pretty fashionable. He confessed to us that he uses more closet space than his wife. With that said, Joel says that Express is his one stop shop for all his wardrobe needs. Their button down shirts have a perfect fit and can be found in almost any color. You can find Express anywhere, but Joel says the Laredo store has a larger men’s department than others he has visited.
