Laredo Swarm

Laredo welcomes our new home team the Laredo Swarm, a semi-professional team of the American Basketball Association “ABA”. They kick off their season on the Southwest Division in September 2015 at the Laredo Energy Arena. The Swarm will be coached by none other than Johnny Moore, whose famous number 00 is retired with the San Antonio Spurs and sits in the rafters of the AT&T Center in San Antonio. Coach Moore played 10 seasons with San Antonio Spurs and has great experience that will make the Laredo Swarm one of the hottest teams of the ABA. The team will feature local talent, Andy Garcia, a 2008 graduate of Alexander High School. Mark your calendars and be sure to go out to the Laredo Energy Arena this fall to support the Laredo Swarm.
