Dear Laredo Community,
The Epilepsy Foundation Central & South Texas (EFCST) invites you to participate in our Laredo Walk to END Epilepsy. This will be our first year hosting this event in Laredo, Texas. We hope to have the support of the Laredo community and surrounding areas for this fun and family-friendly community event taking place at Father Charles M. McNaboe Park on Saturday, March 25, 2023. Join us at our Laredo 2023, Walk to END Epilepsy as we join forces to fight against Epilepsy. Let’s go big this year and hope for a large turnout!
The event is open to the community and is free to attend! Registration is free; however, we kindly ask for a voluntary donation of $15.00. By donating to the cause, you will be provided one of our fabulous event t-shirts. Your generous support will allow the Epilepsy Foundation Central & South Texas to offer a free summer camp for children, medical clinics, emergency medications, support groups, and epilepsy education and awareness programs for the community. Your support is crucial to our success. The Walk to END Epilepsy is our biggest fundraiser of the year. The Epilepsy Foundation Central & South Texas is the only 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (Tax ID: 76-0415338) solely dedicated to providing epilepsy services to the nearly 160,000 people in Central and South Texas diagnosed with epilepsy.

Our CEO, Sindi Rosales, is a mother of a daughter with epilepsy and has personally experienced the grief, uncertainty, and fear many of our families go through. Sindi started her journey with EFCST nearly 30 years ago because her daughter's experience fueled her passion. On behalf of the moms, dads, brothers, sisters, grandmas, grandpas, and other family caregivers in our epilepsy community, we are most grateful to you for your support.
