Scratch Sandwich Co. “Scratch” is not only the name of this deli, but the way they prepare everything; located on E. Del Mar Boulevard this local eatery will not disappoint. I became an instant fan after I tried their “When Harry Met Sally” sandwich! Delicious New York pastrami, swiss cheese, scratch-made sauerkraut and thousand island dressing. My mouth is watering just writing about it! Plus their chips are the perfect pairing.

But Scratch is not only about sandwiches, they also have salads and wraps, and if you don’t see anything that grabs your attention on the menu, you can build your own.

On Fridays they have Craft Beer Night featuring a local artist or band.
