Our CVB office is located in downtown Laredo. Not too long ago, we discovered this little restaurant, El Buen Comer. It quickly became a staff favorite for ordering breakfast tacos that they were kind enough to start delivering via bicycle service. It was also a place we’d go to and eat in during our lunch breaks.
Business went so well for them that it was time for them to blossom out, spread their wings, move on up… and they did. We were sad to see them go, but happy for them that they were growing. They relocated to the Del Mar/Springfield area.
I went by last week for lunch and it was as delicious as I had remembered. I will admit though, I had forgotten about their amazing meal starter – the fideo (aka vermicelli).
