Services

We refer to them as “Convention Services,” but the Laredo Convention & Visitors Bureau is anxious to assist anyone who has scheduled a convention, conference, seminar, trade show, event or any activity, which will utilize hotel/motel sleeping rooms in the City of Laredo.

LCVB services are available at no cost to qualifying groups. The minimum criteria is related to such factors as the number of hotel rooms booked, the number of nights spent in Laredo, the number of delegates attending, the percentage of attendees from outside of Laredo, etc.
